Located in Pembroke, VA, Mountain Lake offers a great opportunity for exploring nature! The Mountain Lake Conservancy Visitor Center is located at the end of the Lakeview Building (next to the gift shops). We are open during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.

Directions From Roanoke, Virginia Take exit 118B. Take 460 West for 17 miles, which you will bypass Blacksburg then enter Giles County. Turn right on Rt. 700, and follow for 7 miles to Mountain Lake From West Virginia Take US 460 East at Princeton to left on Rt. 700. Follow Rt. 700 for 7 miles to Mountain Lake. From Richmond, Virginia Take I-64 West to I-81 South, then follow directions above. From Washington, D.C. Take I-66 West to I-81 South, then follow directions above.
